168.8 +/- acres located on the east side of Wilkinson County between Irwintown and Jeffersonsville.  The tract is about 7 miles west of Irwinton.  This is a flat tract with sandy soils with a significant stream along the northwest border.  THe tract contains four timber types, 61 +/- acres of unthinned 199 planted pine, 38 +/- acres of unthinned 2003 planted pine; 22 +/- acres of thinned natural pine and 47 +/- acres of lowland hardwood bottom.  This is a diverse tract with hunting, recreation and growing pine timber.
